The Virtual Forum is run by one,
long-standing, former participant in the Open
Forum Discussions
who describes himself as "a current events buff."
He actually runs two email lists which are often referred
to as the "Virtual Forum."
On one of these lists, the list owner typically sends two email
messages per day. On the other, he typically sends three.
His purpose for the Virtual Forum is to draw subscribers' attention to
articles that discuss issues, or offer perspectives, that aren't prevalent in
the mainstream media. Subscribers often respond with their own
comments.
