My day seemed very full. Even so, I remained happily equanimous, as I met my need for acceptance.

I felt tired early but with rest I recovered energetically.

I'm really enjoying my second reading of The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, which for me wonderfully complements the work of Eckhart Tolle and Marshall Rosenberg.

I'm feeling impressed with the synergy I detect between the various sources I'm exploring now.
