I had a wonderful day today, despite stress, uncertainty and serious, emotional turbulence.
I:
- chatted with Cherita about goals, planning, schedules
- worked with Aliana on spelling and art
- made progress restoring our home gym
- visited my dad at the hospital
- chatted with Cherita again
- walked (part of my current fitness program)
- recorded what I ate (part of my current fitness program)
- reflected on my dad's - and our - situation
- recorded my current fitness strategy: walking at least 5000 steps daily; doing three bodyweight exercises Monday, Wednesday and Thursday; making some progress each day restoring our home gym as a Fitness Sanctuary in the garage
